1031 Exchanges and Tenant-in-Common (TIC) Investments
Mike and Doug Richards wrote an article on a relatively new option for investors to consider. The 1031 TIC defers taxes and provides income, but unlike other 1031 exchanges it also eliminates an investor’s tenant and property management tasks.

The Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) published the article in the REEA Journal, Exit Strategies for Investment Properties: 1031 Exchanges and Tenant-in-Common Investments.

Details are one of the highlights in Mike’s Investment Seminar -- Attack the Market: Invest! -- which he has taught frequently for the Tri-State Real Estate School (Conshohocken, PA) and presented at Triple Play in December 2006.
